Farm Dinner at The Plant

Tonight! Join us for a delightful culinary experience with a farm dinner at The Plant on Fri. Nov. 14. During late fall, farmers are getting ready for winter by preserving anything left from the season by canning, smoking, freezing, and fermenting. This dinner is a celebration of the special things that happen in these end of season goods - think kombucha, smoked meats, fermented honey, and more.
This dinner is a collaboration from vendors across the Chicago farmers market scene: Bike a Bee, Blooming Baker, Closed Loop Farms, Hook Point Fisheries, Jun Bug Kombucha, Mint Creek Farms, Sidekick Ferments, and Vargo Brother Ferments. For tickets and more details, click here!

Also at The Plant today:
From 9am-4pm, the Packingtown Museum will be open for visitors. The Turtle Stop will also be open, offering products made and grown at The Plant, everyday grocery and cleaning essentials, gifts, and more.
